I got called to say i need all new tires w no true technical explanation being provide or any details as why nail in tire was not repairable. I got offered free financing though, which immediately felt like an up-sale vs customer focused. I then did research called back & asked multiple questions in detail to understand why this was the approach. I was also quoted for a tire w no details on what tire or why thats my best option. Basically felt like i was told what to do & just need blind faith that was the best choice. Based on my own logical deduction i proceeded with the tires but feel like another shop would have patched my tire & likely been transparent about the service. The guy Nick didnt seem too versed in any details i asked. The courtesy driver however was so lovely!

Made appointment for drop off at 9 am. Came for truck just before 5 and not ready. They actually took the truck into a bay at 5:05 to finish the work. Had to wait half hour for them to finish even though they are supposed to close at 5.They obviously don’t value my time, just the almighty buck. I paid $626.35 for 1 tire, oil change and an alignment on my 2018 F150.

Removing the tires from old wheels, mounting them to the new wheels, and balancing the new wheels and tires was done perfectly! The old rims, hubcaps and lug nuts were placed in the boxes, sealed and placed in the trunk! Great job!

UPDATE - 1. My first review referenced Joe as the shuttle driver. That was BOB . . . sorry about that! He's a great asset to the location. 2. A mere five days after my first visit (without having gone anywhere since my first visit) I had a flat, at home. AAA filled it enabling me to get to CHT. Upon checking, I had a nail on the sidewall, tread adjacent. Grrrr. More nails in the past two years than in my lifetime! I digress. Although it was a BUSY afternoon at the shop, Justin (five stars) confirmed that my researched tire choice was a solid one. He had them in stock and although I had to wait for the work, they were efficient and professional and got me out with a matched price. Once again grateful for a shop that runs well, can pivot to prioritize, has competent and calm front of house staff, and who can "get it done". Grateful I was close by when I found the problem and more appreciative of great service. ~~~~~~~~~~ How it should be . . . Appt was easy to get, checked me in upon arrival, got a ride to my home while I waited for service to be completed. Fetched me when the work was done. Micheal and Justin are easily the best service advisors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working and communicating with. Both advisors tell you the truth about wait times, issues with your vehicle, and how long the job should take. If anything takes a twist or turn they make sure to update you as soon as possible. Reasonably priced and the technicians are efficient. If you want a place that will tell you what’s needed and recommended with reason, then this is the place to go.
